Was sind deine Aufgaben?

  • Planung und Koordination von Transporten und Warenströmen

  • Bestellung und Monitoring von Rohmaterialien

  • Troubleshooting bei operativen Herausforderungen entlang der Supply Chain

  • Durchführung von Analysen (z. B. Bestände, Forecasts, Lieferperformance)

  • Mitarbeit an strategischen Supply-Chain-Projekten

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams sowie externen Partnern

  • Unterstützung von organisatorischen Bürotätigkeiten

Fachliche Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, idealerweise Supply Chain Management, Engineering oder vergleichbar oder relevante Berufserfahrung in Transportmanagement, Disposition oder Einkauf

  • sehr gute Excel-/Google-Sheets-Skills 

  • ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein strukturierter, proaktiver Arbeitsstil

  • Freude an hands-on Arbeit und operativer Verantwortung

  • sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse zwingend erforderlich, da du mit deutschen Partnern und Lieferanten arbeitest

What are your responsibilities?
  • Planning and coordination of transports and goods flows
  • Ordering and monitoring of raw materials
  • Troubleshooting operational challenges along the supply chain
  • Performing analyses (e.g., inventories, forecasts, delivery performance)
  • Collaboration on strategic supply chain projects
  • Close cooperation with internal teams and external partners
  • Support for organizational office activities

Your profile
  • Completed degree in business administration, ideally supply chain management, engineering, or comparable, or relevant professional experience in transport management, scheduling, or purchasing
  • Very good Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured, proactive work style
  • Enjoying hands-on work and operational responsibility
  • Very good English skills
  • Good German skills are essential, as you will be working with German partners and suppliers
